Binatone targets women with new Sat Nav

Interchangeable fascias for the ladies in this new ‘handbag friendly’ GPS device
Having seemingly decided that the Sat Nav market is far too male-orientated, leading manufacturer Binatone has announced the Carrera S350 – a Sat Nav aimed squarely at the female market.
Slipping easily ‘into the handbag’, the device comes with four interchangeable fascias – including pink and zebra striped offerings.
And although the firm is in no way inferring that women are clueless when it comes to technology, it does stress that the S350 is ‘really simple to use’, partially because ‘women are more likely to read instruction manuals’.
Their words, not ours.
Technically the machine includes road maps for the UK and Ireland, all UK speed camera positions and an integrated MP3 and MP4 player. It’s touch screen operated and has both 2D and 3D modes. And users can also opt for a friendly female voice or a gruff male voice to read out directions.
The Carrera S350 has an RRP of £119.99.

Good to hear, yes, we women do like different colours apart from the standard grey or black! Whilst, there is the Nuvi Pink GPS navigator and Asus also do a gold and silver model. These colours and styles look good.

Can you tell me please if the different fascias can be purchased in Australia? I have a pink 3.5 binatone and would love to have interchangeable covers...
