With three weeks to go until trade show, registration numbers soar
5,000 visitors have signed up to attend this year’s Channel Expo, with three weeks still left to register.
Over 100 companies have now confirmed they will be exhibiting at the show, which will take from Wednesday May 21st to the Thursday May 22nd in Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre.
"Registrations continue to fly in for this year's Channel Expo and we've now just topped the 5,000 mark,” said Charlie Beall, marketing manager in the business technology group at Incisive Media.
“It seems that newly introduced features such as the Business Lounge, the CRN How to Sell Theatre, New Product World and the Channel Expo Credit Clinic have really captured the channel's interest. It's shaping up to be a superb event. I look forward to welcoming PC Retail's readership at the NEC."

Would love to attend the Expo - but finding sensibly priced overnight accommodation within a 10 mile radius is a no-go.

If you're after budget you might try the Etap Hotel in Birmingham, about 10 miles/25 minutes and right by the nightlife!

Just out of curiosity, how many people from this forum are planning on going to Channel Expo by the way? I'm considering weather or not to sign up at the moment

Unfortunately we have just sold out of our bulk-booked accommodation - we were offering B&B; in good quality rooms for £89. But we still have seats left for the informal networking dinner taking place on the first night of the show. We're just 10 minutes easy drive from the NEC - and we've even organised television so that you won't need to miss the match!
