PC to receive super-car treatment prior to general launch later this summer
In a move that is more akin to high-end motorcar launches, HP has announced that it will be making its $7,000 Voodoo Omen available by invitation only, until its general launch later this summer.
The PC, which the vendor is hoping will corner the super-high-end market, has been designed from the ground up to appeal to gamers.
It was part of a raft of new product HP revealed earlier in the week.

I wish I could have been invited! I saw a clip with Rahul Sood talking about both the Omen -- the liquid system is unlike anything I have seen before.
