Leading UK retail chains b2b arm looks to axe 50 jobs
PC Retail can confirm that DSGi Business, the b2b wing of the UK’s leading PC retail chain, has told 50 of its employees they may lose their jobs following what it describes as “challenging times.”
The threatened jobs are spread across the division’s three operations in Surbiton, Borehamwood and Bury.
A spokesperson from DSGi said: “Although DSGi Business is a strong business and is still outperforming the market, these are challenging times and in challenging times you have to make some tough decisions.
A small number of staff have been informed their jobs are at risk. If there were any redundancies they would have a support network to help them find jobs.”
