Larger iPod Touch rumoured

Sources claim larger screened model of the iPod Touch is on the way
Technology site TechCrunch has claimed that three ‘independent sources’ have confirmed the launch of a seven of a seven or nine inch screened version of the iPod Touch later this year.
Apparently one such source has held done of the devices, however the author does make the concession that rumours of such large format ‘tablet’ style products form Apple are numerous, though not always true.
An Autumn 2009 launch date has been predicted.
