Picsel to sue Apple over iPhone patent

Scots browser and reader company brings 'patent infringement lawsuit' against iPhone firm
Picsel alleges that Apple's iPhone infringes Picsel's rapid redraw patent which enhances the user experience while navigating through on-screen content. The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for Delaware last week.
The crux of the issue is the core rendering feature that enables touch navigation.
