iPhone to drop in price

Claims that O2 will reduce the price of smart phone ahead of new model launch
there are reports that O2 will slash its iPhone prices in May in order to clear stock for the new third-gen model, which is expected to appear in July.
Specifically, iPhone will be offered from free on a £35 a month contract (compared to £45 currently).
